February 3, 2009Jason Biggs was spotted hanging out with Brad Penny at “Koi” restaurant tonight. He jostled with the photographers and TMZ and was in great spirits. No wonder he was happy….He is still happily married to a beautiful wife. Congratulations you two on being married almost a year now!
