NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) — There were 13 unlucky cities with unemployment rates topping 15% in April, and another 93 saw joblessness climb above 10%, according to a government report released Wednesday.

Nine of the baker’s dozen are in California, a state ravaged by the housing meltdown and an unparalleled state budget crisis. Officials are now scrambling to close a $21.3 billion shortfall in order to pass a budget before the new fiscal year begins July 1.

There was a fire on Sunset last night as this sexy couple were snapped interlocking their lips. Mel B and her husband Stephen Belafonte were very much locked in passion as we happened to notice the steam coming off the street late last night.We walked right up to them as they locked lips before they got into their waiting car and BAM! These two  are so much in love that I doubt they even noticed me taking this photo!  I doubt there will be any chance of divorce rumours for his hot couple!!!

Everyone is abuzz with Kristin right now because of her role on “the Hills”. We cannot wait to see how she outshines the celebrity couple that everyone loves to hate.
