Happy Birthday Shane West! The “Mohawked” Shane West threw a birthday party for himself and it drew all kinds of celebs to “Bardot” lounge last night. Attendees included, Seth McFarland, Devin Aoki, Anna Lynne McCord, Benjamin McKenzie, Eve, Adrian Grenier, Lady Hervey, and even Evan Rachel Wood. What a slamming party!
