Like, for serious you guys! Two months ago when Heidi filed for legal separation from her fame-whorish, controlling, and wildly bearded ex, we all thought it was another dumb publicity stunt. But the Human Barbie has actually filed a divorce petition in California, citing irreconcilable differences.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Invasion of privacy in the Internet age. Expanding the reach of law enforcement to snoop on e-mail traffic or on Web surfing. Those are among the criticisms being aimed at the FBI as it tries to update a key surveillance law.

With its proposed amendment, is the Obama administration merely clarifying a statute or expanding it? Only time and a suddenly on guard Congress will tell.

Federal law requires communications providers to produce records in counterintelligence investigations to the FBI, which doesn’t need a judge’s approval and court order to get them.

What do you call a socialite without an arrest record, a sex tape, or a stint in rehab?  I call her Brittny Gastineau.  Brittny is a pretty socialite who walks herself out of the clubs with a smile rather than being carried out by bouncers. She may not be as popular as the others with the tabloids but I must admit that she always looks great and healthy.  She is extremely sweet in person too.  Maybe we do need to get some bikini pics of her though!!!
